The video was produced by two veteran builders, Danny Malko, a contractor specializing in new work and renovations, and Stan Kosharsky, an equity foreman with Bakers Roofing.     

"Dissasembly is much harder than building," said Mr. Kosharsky.  "You have to take care to preserve the wood for reuse, so it's not just a matter of whacking it with a wrecking ball and bulldozing the rest.  I was fortunate to have talented hands working with us."  Mr. Malko agreed. 

"This was an unusual experience for a contractor.  And it was fun.  The men were cheerful.  It was different.  That's why we decided to photograph it." 

"The only casulaty was to my radio," Mr. Kosharsky quipped.  "A house fell on it."
